Fixed

• PersonGroupPicker dropdown stays open on collapse: The assignee search dropdown (appended to document.body) now closes when the task creation modal collapses via the chevron button.
• Assignee icon shows "has-value" dot: Selecting a person or group in the PersonGroupPicker now immediately updates the assignee action bar icon with the purple indicator dot.
