Created Updated

New frontmatter property across the KB: volatility: stable | evolving | volatile

ValueMeaningExamples
stableRarely changes; rooted in first principles or institutional identityOntology evolution concepts, entity descriptions (NIST, MITRE)
evolvingUpdates periodically as the ecosystem shiftsFramework data sources, EvolutionPattern profiles, Obsidian ecosystem
volatileChanges frequently; needs regular reviewSpecific framework version details, tool comparisons, roadmap status

This enables:

Tier 2 (referenced): CRI, OWASP, FFIEC, SEC, ISO, OSCAL
